We're here for you.While vehicle lockout may be a common problem for people and can usually be resolved quickly and easily, it is always best if you plan ahead and prevent vehicle lockout. There are a couple of things you can do before locking yourself out to make sure you aren't putting yourself in this situation:
- Lock all the doors and roll up the windows as well as closing the sunroof - Make sure that your vehicle ignition key is with you or keep an extra set of keys somewhere close by |
Now that you've prepared ahead of time, these are the steps to follow once a vehicle lockout situation has occurred:
- First off, make sure to stay calm and try not to panic
- The vehicle owner needs to call our dispatch number at 813-669-7503 in order for us to come out and help them in a timely manner
- Once they have made contact with us, we will give them an estimate on how much the vehicle lockout service is going to cost
- If you agree to the service, we will dispatch a driver ASAP
